NorCal Builders was established in May of 2005 as a residential general contractor. In 2007, we branched out into commercial tenant improvement and haven’t looked back since. The approach to tenant improvement is simple: we design your space to accommodate your needs. We also project manage to ensure minimal workflow interruption. After years spent in the commercial industry, we have recognized the necessity and benefit of having a reliable company. Especially one unlike any other who service most (if not all) of your needs.
